This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the user ("You", "User") and User Trust Index ("Service", "We", "Company") regarding the use of the website, mobile application and other services provided by the Company.
By using the Service, You agree to the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree with any provision, please refrain from using the Service.
1. General provisions
1.1. The User Trust Index Service provides tools for analysis and formation of objective company ratings based on public user reviews and comments.
1.2. The Service is not an intermediary between companies and their customers and does not guarantee the accuracy of each individual comment; however, it applies machine learning algorithms to improve the reliability of ratings.
1.3. All terms used in the Agreement are interpreted in accordance with their definitions in the text of the Agreement.
2. Use of the Service
2.1. The User agrees to use the Service solely for lawful purposes.
2.2. The following is prohibited:
- posting materials that violate legislation, the rights of third parties or moral standards;
- attempting to interfere with the operation of algorithms, security systems or Service databases;
- using the Service to distribute spam, malware or other unacceptable materials.
2.3. The Service reserves the right to restrict User access in case of violation of the Agreement terms.
3. Registration and account
3.1. To access certain functions of the Service, the User may be required to create an account.
3.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login and password, as well as for all actions performed through their account.
3.3. The Company has the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of the Agreement terms.
4. Intellectual property
4.1. All materials, including text, graphics, algorithms and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property legislation.
4.2. The User may use Service materials only within the scope permitted by the Agreement. Any unauthorised copying, distribution or modification is prohibited.
5. Data processing
5.1. The Company may collect and process personal and non-personal User data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
5.2. Data collection is carried out solely to improve the quality of the Service, form ratings and analytical reports.
5.3. The Privacy Policy describes the procedure for collection, storage and processing of data and is an integral part of this Agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
6.2. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of individual reviews or the actions of third parties.
6.3. The Company is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
7. Changes to terms
7.1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement at any time.
7.2. Changes take effect from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the website. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
