How to Get a Rating

The User Trust Index system generates objective and reliable company ratings based on the analysis of real user reviews. Below we explain how your company can be included in our system and receive a rating.

1. Data collection about the company

To form a rating, we collect open reviews and comments about your company from the internet. These may include:

  • public customer reviews;
  • ratings on third-party platforms;
  • mentions of the company on topical resources.

We do not use internal corporate data without the company's consent.

2. Review analysis

Each comment undergoes multi-level verification:

  • Filtering bots and fake reviews: our machine learning algorithms detect artificial and paid comments.
  • Semantic analysis: we identify positive and negative aspects of the company's performance and key patterns.
  • Weighted scoring: each review is assigned a fair rating based on its reliability.

3. Rating calculation

Based on processed and verified reviews, a summary assessment of the company is formed:

  • An score is calculated for each verified comment;
  • Key company quality indicators are determined;
  • The average value reflecting the objective rating is calculated.

4. Periodic updates

The rating is updated regularly as new reviews appear, allowing you to track the dynamics of the company's quality and changes in customer trust.

5. How to speed up the process
